Return policy


Bone Group Oy offers its customers a refund only when the product has been delivered damaged. However 14 days after the customer received the product they are eligible to return their product to trigger refunds.

We kindly ask you to keep all documents related to Customer Returns carefully until you have received information about receiving a refund from Bone Group Oy. Repackable products must be carefully packed.

We’re sad to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.


The warranty period is in accordance with the stipulations of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.

Bone Group Oy provides further instructions for product recycling if needed.      


The customer is required to provide a purchase certificate, receipt or other proof of purchase and time at the time of return or when filing a defect in the goods. Bone Group Oy reserves the right to charge the cost of the receipt for the receipt from the buyer.

Complaints are only processed in writing. The website has the ability to leave a customer feedback or fill out a complaint form.

Solving Disputes and Jurisdiction: The Consumer Customer is entitled to settle disputes arising out of this Agreement for settlement by the Consumer Disputes Board. Prior to dealing with the matter, the consumer must contact the Consumer Ombudsman.

Attorneys’ expenses are not compensated because Consumer Counseling and the Consumer Disputes Board provide free of charge assistance in solving disputes.
