Returns & Exchanges

If the product you ordered was not suitable or to your liking, you may return or exchange it.

Ernahusko.com follows a 14-day return and exchange policy for online purchases. Returns or exchanges must be completed within 14 days from the date the package was collected.

Products kept by the customer for more than 14 days after pickup are not eligible for return or exchange.

A return fee of €5 applies, and the original shipping costs will not be refunded in the case of a return.

Exchanges for a different size or another product are free of charge for the customer.

How to return or exchange a product (Posti)

We will send you a return form within one business day. Carefully pack the parcel according to the instructions and take it to a Posti service point (not a parcel locker).

Refunds and invoice updates

• Orders paid through Paytrail will be refunded via Paytrail. Refunds are usually returned to the customer’s account within 1–3 business days after the return has been processed.
• Orders paid through PayPal will be refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.
• Orders paid through Shopify Payments will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order.

A return fee of €5 will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If we determine that the product has been used and the return is not accepted, the product will be sent back to the customer via cash on delivery. This fee includes €9 for the returned shipment and €9 for reshipping the item to the customer, for a total of €18. The customer must pay the €18 fee at the post office when collecting the shipment.
